A concept store relies on the credibility of its curation. Our project was to develop a Tone of Voice that conveyed authority and expertise without being condescending. We defined the tone as "Quiet Authority" or "Educated Luxury." This translated into a detailed style guide for product descriptions, where the focus is on provenance, material quality, and the designer's story, rather than fleeting trends. We created email newsletter templates that feel like a personal, exclusive conversation. This project is an example of how the brand communicates with the customer through stories, transforming the sales process into a recommendation from an expert friend.
